All services provided are strictly limited to Marketing Management, including project planning, strategy development, campaign guidance, content support, and related professional services.

 

By engaging my services and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

1. Scope of Services: My services are confined to Marketing Management and related activities permitted under my DED Dubai license. I do not provide legal, financial, or accounting advice.

2. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for services are non-refundable, even if you are dissatisfied with the results, as each project is individual and unique. Payment confirms acceptance of the Estimate Invoice and the agreed scope of work.

3. Individual Results: While I provide professional expertise and recommendations, results are not guaranteed. Each project is unique, and outcomes depend on factors beyond my control.

4. Estimate Invoice: I will issue an Estimate Invoice before any payment, detailing the scope, pricing, and inclusions for your project. Payment indicates your agreement with this Estimate Invoice.

5. Payment Confirmation and Invoice: Once I receive payment in my account, I will issue an official Invoice confirming receipt. To issue the Invoice, the client must provide their full name, email, and phone number. Work will commence only after payment has cleared and confirmation has been issued.

6. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, and access required for services. I am not liable for delays, errors, or suboptimal results caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

7. Intellectual Property: All materials, strategies, and content I create remain my intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized use without consent is prohibited.

8. Compliance and Jurisdiction: All services are provided in compliance with UAE law and under my DED Dubai license. Any disputes are governed by UAE law and, unless otherwise agreed, resolved within the jurisdiction of Dubai.
